ADMINISTRATIVE LAW

Our office has substantial experience in administrative law cases, which derives from the long-term cooperation with the Greek Social Security Fund. We undertake cases dealing with social security matters, employers’ matters, confiscations, civil liability of the government administration, disputes between public sector’s employees and the state, that are heard before the Administrative Courts and the Council of State.

REAL ESTATE – URBAN LAW

We provide counseling on all matters with respect to real estate, representing construction companies, landowners as well as individuals or legal entities that are willing to invest in the real estate market. Among others, we conduct legal inspection of the title deeds in the land registry, in relation to every property that is sold. Also, we prepare and conclude any sale and purchase case; to this end we cooperate with real estate agents, notary publics and engineers with a lot of experience, securing that all the procedure will be within the frame of the existing legislation, thus protecting the rights of our clients. Our experience gives us the capability to help potential investors in finding a property that satisfies their needs, taking also in consideration the urban legislation.

CITIZENSHIP LAW – REPRESENTATION OF EXPATRIATES

Greek diaspora constitutes a very important part of Hellenism. Although millions of Greeks have moved in other countries abroad, they continue to maintain substantial relationships with Greece. Given our professionalism and the sensitivity to all the difficulties that the Greek immigrants had encountered over the years, we provide all kind of legal support and undertake to solve any matter in relation to themselves and their property in Greece, representing them before any public authority and the courts. Our services include, inter alia:

• obtaining the Greek citizenship and issuance of Greek id and passport
• process their fiscal matters and representing them before the Greek tax authorities

PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 6 April 2016 puts into place a uniform legal framework, in order to harmonize data privacy laws across Europe for the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data. This results the need of compliance from the part of all the companies to the provisions of the said regulation. Within this framework, we provide guidance with respect to all the steps that need to be taken, in order for our clients to comply with the E.U. regulation.

RESIDENCE PERMIT TO FOREIGN INVESTORS

Since 2013, foreign investors in real estate have the possibility to obtain a permanent permit of residence in the E.U., investing in total 250,000.00 Euros. Given our expertise in the real estate law, we handle cases from A to Z with respect to acquiring a property in Greece and issue a permanent resident permit (golden visa), which will allow free movement within Schengen area countries.
